Juudai – Teens

Juudai – age 12-17

Juudai can be translated as teenagers.  This is a supplemental class for teens (and some pre-teens).

Being a teen today can be rough.  This class was designed to give teens an opportunity to practice together with other teens; discuss issues they face as teens, high school students, and martial artists; and provide support for one another.

Individual Teens may choose to focus on competition, street-clothes self-defense, or other interests.  The Juudai as a group determine the focus of these supplemental classes whether it is judo, jujutsu, self-defense, leadership, or other group interests. With growth of the group and interest, additional classes maybe made available to these students.

This class also serves to help students transition from Kenji to adult classes.  Younger Kenji students who display the maturity and skill required may be admitted to the Juudai class with both Sensei’s and parent’s permission.  Older teens and young adults may continue to participate in this group and provide leadership and guidance.

We would like to thank you yet again for the beautiful ideas you gave Jesse when preparing a post-graduate research in addition to, most importantly, regarding providing the many ideas within a blog post. Provided that we had known of your web site a year ago, we will have been saved the needless measures we were selecting. Thank you very much.

  2. Hi there! This post couldn’t be written any better! Reading through this post reminds me of my previous room mate! He always kept chatting about this. I will forward this write-up to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Many thanks for sharing!
